We currently offer one reliable shipping option to serve all our customers:

  • Standard Shipping: This is our default and only shipping method. Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier schedules.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We ship to most countries internationally. The estimated delivery timeframe for Standard Shipping is 7 to 21 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, local postal services, and seasonal delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight/dimensions of your items. We do not offer free shipping at this time. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you do not receive this email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that you, as the recipient, are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be levied by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to GumeulWave. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. GumeulWave is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact the carrier directly. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office or neighbors.
