1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and purchasing products from the GumeulWave website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GumeulWave. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or make purchases from the Site.
2. Products and Orders
GumeulWave sells gaming peripherals, including but not limited to Gaming Mice, Mechanical Keyboards, and Game Controllers. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or product information. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or inventory limitations.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GumeulWave, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, its products, or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. Intellectual Property Protection
All content on the GumeulWave Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Site, is the exclusive property of GumeulWave or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from this Site without our prior written consent. The GumeulWave name and logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of GumeulWave. All other trademarks not owned by us that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
5. Refund & Return Policy
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as software licenses, opened accessories, or personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
- Defective Products: For products damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Proof of defect may be required.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
